An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Saugus

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 474 of the acts of 1996 is hereby amended by striking out section 3 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

Section 3. The bridge located on Essex street and spanning United States highway route 1 in the town of Saugus shall be designated and known as the Cpl. Scott J. Procopio Saugus American Legion Post 210 Bridge. The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker on the bridge bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
