In the Year Two Thousand and Eight.

——————

 

 An Act relative to the water commissioners of the town of Sherborn.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9 of chapter 117 of the acts of 1914 are hereby repealed.

 

SECTION 2.  The board of water commissioners of the town of Sherborn establish by section 9 of said chapter 117 of the acts of 1914 shall remain extant and shall have all the powers of Water Commissioners as set forth in the General Laws, including, without limitation sections 69A and 69B of chapter 41 of the General Laws.

 

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
