An Act relative to the town of Sandwich and the lease of property at the Sandwich High School

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The town of Sandwich may establish a receipts reserved for appropriation account for any revenue generated from the lease of property at Sandwich High School to cellular phone and other communication providers.  This account shall be used for the maintenance and improvement of exterior athletic fields and facilities at Sandwich High School.
