 An Act authorizing the town of Tewksbury to enter into a lease with the Division of Capital Asset Management 

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 

 

 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Tewksbury may enter into a long term lease with the division of capital asset management for the placement of microwave and communication equipment on the water tower at the Tewksbury Hospital for the town-wide microwave and communication system, with no remuneration and conditions to be agreed upon by the parties.
