An Act designating a certain bridge in the town of Medford as the Sergeant Anthony P. Annino Bridge |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Department of Conservation and Recreation bridge No. 54 located on Route 60 in the town of Medford, which spans the Lower Mystic Lake shall be designated and known as the Sergeant Anthony P. Annino Bridge, in honor of Sergeant Anthony P. Annino, who served his Country with honor, courage and distinction during World War II.. The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
