An Act including the town of Pepperell within the Ayer Economic Target Area and Economic Opportunity Area.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

An Act including the town of Pepperell within the Ayer Economic Target Area and Economic Opportunity Area.

                SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 498 of the acts of l993 is hereby amended by striking out paragraphs (9) and (10) and inserting in place thereof the following two paragraphs:-

                (9) “Town”, any one of the towns of Ayer, Harvard, Pepperell or Shirley.

                (l0)  “Towns”, the towns of Ayer, Harvard, Pepperell and Shirley.

                SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
