An Act relative to the Edward Cohen Plaque

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 491 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following: “Notwithstanding any general or special act of the legislature the plaque to honor Edward Cohen shall bear the name of Robert J. Haynes, President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO.”.
