An Act relative to capping payment of pensioners for services after retirement.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “exceed”, in line 87, the following words:-  , by more than $15,000,
