In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT authorizing and directing the director of the division of waterways to dredge the harbor area surrounding marina bay in quincy, massachusetts

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The director of the division of waterways within the department of environmental quality engineering is hereby authorized and directed to dredge the harbor area surrounding Marina Bay in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Section 2.       Such director shall expend such sums as may be appropriated therefore, such sums not to exceed the total of four hundred thousand dollars.
