Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 18B of the General Laws is hereby amended in paragraph (4) by adding at the end of thereof the following:—
“as the coordination and assurance of access to medical and dental services provided to children in foster care and administered or paid for by any other state agency;”.
