In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT designating West Bridgewater an economic target area

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after the word "entirety" in line 8 the following: — Provided that, the Town of West Bridgewater shall be a designated Economic Target Area.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
