AN ACT relative to the educational requirements of steam boiler "special license"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 49 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:

For the purpose of renewal, a person holding a "Special License" to operate steam boilers shall be required to complete a maximum of six hours continuing education.
