AN ACT relative to racing promotion

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in said section 5 of MGL 128A, the amount withheld from so-called “exotic wagers” as set forth in said section shall provide that the number “26” wherever appearing is stricken and its place the following shall be provided: “26 per cent of two horse wagers, 27 per cent on three horse wagers, and 28 per cent on all four or more horse wagers.”

Section 2.  All other provisions of said section shall remain intact without alteration and said amendment shall be given effect in all references and subsections in said Section 5.
