Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1 Section 185D of Chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:
No person, firm, corporation, trust, non-profit corporation, partnership, limited liability partnership, or any other business entity licensed under section one hundred and eighty-five A shall resell any ticket to any theatrical exhibition, public show or public amusement at a price in excess of ten percent of the price printed on the face of the ticket, despite any and all solely attributable service charges.
