AN ACT authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Insurance to promulgate rules and regulations concerning the licensing of marine surveyors

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The commissioner of insurance is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations relative to the licensing of marine surveyors.
