Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 62 of Chapter 149 is hereby amended by inserting after (15) the following:- (16) selling, distributing or handling, Keno lottery tickets or other gambling instruments in restaurants, barrooms, gambling casinos, horse and dog track and all other facilities are conducted.
