relative to professional licensing exam fees. Consumer
Protection and Professional Licensure. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the fees associated with registering for and taking any professional state licensing exam shall not exceed the actual cost of administering said exam for those individuals who are residents of the Commonwealth and have attained the age of sixty on or before the exam date.
