Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 110D of chapter 175 of the General Laws is hereby amended in lines 14-15 by striking out the words “plant closing or covered partial closing as those terms are defined in section seventy-one A” and inserting in place thereof the words “plant closing, as that term is defined in subsection (r)(3) of section one.”
SECTION 2. Section 110G of chapter 175 of the General Laws is hereby amended in lines 41-42 by striking out the words “plant closing or covered partial closing, as those terms are defined in section seventy-one A” and inserting in place thereof the words “plant closing, as that term is defined in subsection (r)(3) of section one,” and also by striking out the words “or covered partial closing” in the tenth sentence of the second paragraph.
SECTION 3. Section 8D of chapter 176A of the General Laws is hereby amended in lines38-39 by striking out the words “plant closing or covered partial closing, as those terms are defined in section seventy-one A” and inserting in place thereof the words “plant closing, as that term is defined in subsection (r)(3) of section one,” and also by striking out the words “or covered partial closing” in the tenth sentence of the second paragraph.
SECTION 4. Section 6A of chapter 176B of the General Laws is hereby amended in lines 37-38 by striking out the words “plant closing or covered partial closing, as those terms are defined in section seventy-one A” and inserting in place thereof the words “plant closing, as that term is defined in subsection (r)(3) of section one,” and in line 72 also by striking out the words “or covered partial closing.”
SECTION 5. Section 4A of chapter 176G of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 2 by striking out the words “or covered partial closing.”
SECTION 6. Section 182 of chapter 149 of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 5 by striking out the words “or partial closing”, and in lines 5-6 by striking out the words “section seventy-one A” and inserting in place thereof the words “subsection (r)(3) of section one”.
