AN ACT to increase participation in universal school breakfast programs for low-income students

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 70 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 official edition is hereby amended, in line 129, by inserting after the word “students” the following:-

and for increasing participation in universal school breakfast programs in districts where 60 per cent or more of students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals.
