AN ACT relative to ski safety

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 71O of Chapter 143 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence in the second paragraph the following:-

All public and non-public schools which have a ski club, group or team will make mandatory the use of ski helmets on any school outing or trip that involves such activities as snow skiing or snow boarding.
