In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT requiring full state reimbursement for required school transportation in the city of Springfield

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commonwealth shall reimburse to the city of Springfield the entire cost of required school transportation in that city.
