AN ACT extending the deadline for the commission on after school and out of school time

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Item 9700-0100 of Section 2 of chapter 45 of the Acts of 2005, most recently amended by Section 122 of Chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006, is further amended by striking out the words “February 15, 2007” and inserting in place thereof the following words:--  September 1, 2007.

Section 2.  Said item 9700-0100 of Section 2 of Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2005, most recently amended by Section 123 of chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006, is further amended by striking out the words “April 1, 2007” and inserting in place thereof the following words: -- October 15, 2007.

Section 3. Said item 9700-0100 of Section 2 of Chapter 45 of the Acts of 2005, most recently amended by section 124 of chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006, is further amended by striking out the words, inserted by said section 124 of chapter 122 of the Acts of 2006, “and provided further, that for the purpose of the programs appropriated funds may be expended through April 1, 2007” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-- ; and provided further, that for the purpose of the programs appropriated funds may be expended through November 1, 2007.
