AN ACT relative to teacher certification

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Board of Education shall establish a teaching certificate for “television production”; provided that this certification will be subject to the same limitations as is provided in sections 41, 42, 42D, and 43 of Chapter 71.
