AN ACT relative to high school graduation requirements

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1D of Chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Federalist Papers.”, in line 24, the following sentence:-

“The standards shall further provide for four years of math and four years of science at the secondary level as a requirement for high school graduation.”.
