AN ACT relative to abolishing the MCAS test

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS) test is hereby abolished and shall no longer be used as a graduation requirement.
