AN ACT to repeal the nursing home tax

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 25 of chapter 118G of the General Laws as added by Section 101 of Chapter 184 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby repealed.
