AN ACT relative to adult day transportation

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 19A of the general laws is hereby amended by inserting the following new section

Section 13A.  The Executive Office of Elder Affairs shall make no change in the reimbursement system or operations of Adult Day Health programs as they relate to transportation of program participants except that the executive office may grant periodic rate increases, as appropriate, for transportation services.
