AN ACT repealing the nursing home tax

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 25 of Chapter 118G is hereby repealed.  This section shall take effect on January 1, 2008.
