Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25 of Chapter 118G of the General Laws, as added by Section 101 of Chapter 184 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby phased out over the following three years, the fee shall be reduced by 1/3 each year of the following three years. This act shall take effect July 1, 2007.
