Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Division of Medical Assistance is directed to change the federal poverty guideline from 100 percent of the federal poverty level to 133 percent of the federal poverty level, as established by the federal department of health and human services, for any person, aged 65 or older, to qualify for full benefits under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1396 et seq.
