Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Department of Public Health shall promulgate regulations to include ambulatory pharmacies as mandatory reporters required to inform the Department of the improper dispensing of prescription drugs that results in serious injury as established for hospital pharmacies in 105 CMR 130.331.
