Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 55 of Chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 18 by inserting after the word “years” the following words:- “and shall remain available in off-election years.”
SECTION 2. Section 55 of said chapter 51, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 19 by striking the word “they” and inserting in place thereof: - no more than two copies of such lists
