Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 92 the following section:-
Section 93. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no person shall use weights, sinkers, artificial lures, jigs, lead-core line, keel trolling weights, weighted flies or any other fishing gear for the purposes of fishing in any inland water, which has any content of lead within.
