AN ACT relative to memorials located on Department of Conservation and Recreation property

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Section 33 of chapter 92 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the third paragraph the following paragraph:-

            The department shall maintain all memorials located on its reservations, parks and recreational areas.
