AN ACT to encourage water conservation by private investor-owned water supply companies

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Section 39L, chapter 40 of the Massachusetts General Laws as most recently appearing in the 2002 official edition is hereby amended in line 1 after the word “body” the following:- “or private investor-owned water supply company”
