In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT further regulating the setting of private passenger automobile insurace rates

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 213 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Chapter 175 Section 113B as appearing in the 2004 official edition is hereby stricken and replaced with Chapter 175 Section 113B as appearing in the 2002 official edition.
