In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to dental service corporations

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 176E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by deleting:-

            “; and in consideration of said fees submitted for his approval, he shall give weight to the ease and certainty of collection by the participating dentists of said fees charged subscribers through such corporation.”
