AN ACT further regulating automobile insurance surcharges

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 11B of Chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the word “registration”, in line 217, the following words:- or inspection; by inserting after the word “plate”, in line 218, the following words:- or windshield; by inserting after the word “registration”, in line 219, the following words:- or inspection; and by inserting after the word “plate”, in line 220, the following words:- or windshield.
