Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 47 H of chapter 175 of the general laws as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “year,” in line 23, the following words:- , or the inability to carry a pregnancy to term.
SECTION 2. Section 8k of chapter 176A of the general laws as so appearing is hereby amended by inserting after the word “year,” in line 14, the following words:- , or the inability to carry a pregnancy to term.
SECTION 3. Section 4J of chapter 176B of the general laws as so appearing is hereby amended by inserting after the word “year,” in line 15, the following words”- , or the inability to carry a pregnancy to term.
