AN ACT relative to auto insurance rates

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. Section 2 of Chapter 213 of the Acts of 2004 is hereby amended by inserting at end thereof, the following:-  provided however, any such policies renewed after January 1, 2007 and  before March 31 2007 shall be reduced by the difference between of the classifications of risks and premium charges fixed and established for the period commencing January 1, 2006 and the classifications of risks and premium charges fixed and established for the period commencing April 1, 2007, upon further renewal of such policies between January 1, 2008 and March 31, 2008.
