AN ACT increasing the total borrower liability under the banking laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 167E of the General Laws, Section 14.B.1. is hereby amended by adding the following: (d) 25% of its surplus account, provided the thrift's capital ratio equals or exceeds 10%.
