AN ACT providing for necessary aqua therapy

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 175, section 47T is amended by adding at the end of it the following new section:-

47U. Providing for Necessary Aqua Therapy.
Any individual policy of accident and sickness insurance issued pursuant to section one hundred and eight, and any group blanket policy of accident and sickness insurance issued pursuant to section one hundred and ten, shall provide coverage for aqua therapy provided by a licensed aqua therapist as necessary as authorized by a duly licensed physician.
