In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT designating the Massachusetts Community College System as the Governoror Foster Furcolo Community College System

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 15A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5 the following section:-

Section 5A.  For the purposes of this chapter, those community colleges within the system of public institutions of higher education described in section 5 shall collectively be known as the Governor Foster Furcolo Community College System.
