AN ACT providing tax incentives for loan forgiveness prgograms

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the board of higher education and the department of revenue shall develop criteria for tax incentives for commonwealth-based employers who provide loan-forgiveness programs for their employees.
