In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to judges and registers of probate

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 23A of Chapter 270 of the Acts of 2006 is herby amended by inserting after “Suffolk, 1 assistant register” the following:-

“Worcester, 2 assistant registers.”
