AN ACT relative to sex offenders

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. subsection (e) of section 178E of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 20 of chapter 77 of the acts of 2003, is hereby further amended by striking out the subsection in its entirety.
