In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

AN ACT relative to the waiving of fees for the declaration of homesteads for disabled veterans

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 188 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following at the end thereof:-

For the purposes of this chapter all fees for the declaration of homesteads shall be waived for disabled veterans.
