Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 55A of Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding in the second line of the second paragraph the following language:-- “school transportation vehicle driver or monitor” after the word “nurse”.
Said section is further amended by adding in the fifth line of the second paragraph the following language:-- “or on a school transportation vehicle or at a school bus stop” after the word “thereof”.
