AN ACT relative to justices of the juvenile court

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the figure “41” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 43.

SECTION 2.   Section 58 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 14 and 16 by striking the word “three” and inserting in place thereof the following:-  four
