relative to an administrative law of the Superior Court.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 211B:4, is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph: There shall be an Administrative Law Judge for the Superior Court who shall hear petitions for judicial review under Chapter 30A, sec 4, as shall be assigned to him by the Chief Judge of the Trial Court.
SECTION 2. He shall be appointed by the Governor for a term of five years and shall at the time of his appointment be on the Register of the United States Administrative Law Judges. He shall receive all of the benefits set forth in Chapter 211B, Sec 4.
